I just ordered midnight/charcoal w/performance pack, but through work scheme so I'm sure their will be days of delay before it's approved and officially ordered.

Can't wait! Been trying to order since may. First had an ipace on order but by the time they submitted it, Jag had switched to 2021 model year and car scheme took forever to get new model on their site, at which point the polestar came along. Jag dropped some features from the SE and the more I looked at the polestar, reviews and more sensible pricing, it ended up being a no-brainer.
I test drove the I-Pace. Liked it, but couldn't quite justify to myself stretching to those costs. I wanted to like the Tesla, but just couldn't. Then Polestar came along, and a lot of positive/balanced reviews, and a genuine alternative. My first electric car, and I'm looking forward to it.
Hi, I placed my order yesterday like another member I couldn’t decide between Midnight/Charcoal and Thunder/Charcoal. I went to a Volvo dealership to look at the colours on the XC40 and went for Thunder ( still not sure) but it’s ordered now. Haven’t been given a delivery date yet as the order was placed through a leasing company.
I currently have a Golf GTE which has been a great stepping stone to full electric.

Yeah, my stretch to the ipace was a pre-covid decision and heavily based on tax benefit with zero/low benefit in kind. Test drove the ipace and it is really nice, and would have been better for the dogs, but not enough difference to spend that with the current state of things.
My first electric as well...and I'd love to do a test drive but they're all booked up every time I check.

And thanks for saying you were able to book Salford because the page with links says fully booked but I was able to book Salford as well, and at the weekend, amazing.

I've made a similar step- from a Lexus hybrid, to a Passat GTE estate to P2 in Thunder/Slate. Couldn't justify £5k with my boss for the sports package. But they are the best looking wheels I think I've ever seen!
Just been for my test drive at Salford, the cars look better in the flesh than the internet images. You won’t be disappointed really fast and easy to drive
