@Haf was looking uber-chic, yes. Reminded me of The Cat in Red Dwarf - best looking guy in town!

You are too kind and what a great morning - good company, nice weather and a load of polestars - plus good tips. We just need to make sure that the Polestar exec holds up his end with merchandise for us loyal customers :)
Really big thanks for organizing this meetup

Ssshhh, can't say any more at the moment!! :censored:

We were lucky enough to have Jonathan Goodman, COO of Polestar, coming along with his wife. Both really nice people and very open, honest and realistic about the cars, the company and the very exciting future for Polestar! Top people.

Sounds intriguing, glad it drew in an Exec and you had a good chat with him. He spoke well when on the EV you-tube channel a while ago.

Looks like a great day and well done for planning the meet to have such good weather this weekend. The Polestar 2 really are photogenic cars especially as their proud owners had them display ready. I was surprised to see how different they looked in the photos - the different trims around the grilles make the front on some looking narrower in my opinion. Just out of interest, were all the cars still with stickers?

I think it was about 50/50 on the sticker retention.
Seeing a stickered snow near a stickered void, I stated with utmost confidence that the writing on said stickers varies. Snow has black & void has white so they can be seen against the respective paint. Turns out the stickers are all grey. I feel so foolish. The reputation I have fought so hard to build, just crumbled before me.
I did meet a fella working on the powered tailgate on what was described as the next model....which isn’t the Polestar 3 😮

It was about half and half stickers vs not.

Good to meet everyone and thanks again Richard for putting it together. Great location and great weather.

The new M6 J1 Moto services was a great charge on the way home too. I did more socialising today than I think in the whole of lockdown. Nice change!

Haf definitely won best hat, but Richard manage 2nd place 😉

Dave took best socks!

Yeah, pity I didn't wear my "Old man National Trust" hat a bit more - painfully red tonight

Yes, Jonathan has posted pictures on the official Polestar Facebook page and has sent me a message saying how great it was to meet such passionate owners and appreciated our fairness and honesty. I'm hoping to create a more concrete link from this forum to Polestar themselves so that we get more advanced notice of things, in a similar vein to what happens on the Facebook page. Early times yet but I'll try 👍🏻
