I’d try digging into settings to see if some permissions have flipped.

 

I had a similar issue and fixed it by making a phone call from my cell phone directly and then hanging up. Trying to hang up a non existent call from the car’s menu did not work. This issue also caused blinkers/Apple Play to stop making a sound. It happens once in a long while but an easy fix.

 

I put my phone on airplane mode and even tried leaving it out of the car but no change. Also, I get WhatsApp notifications but instead of playing the message it just asks if I’d like to reply.
I need a good cry.
