Australian Polestar 2 Delivery Date

Has anyone heard much info on expected delivery dates for Australia?

We've had a reservation since 2nd December 2021 but have not received any further news about when the reservation can be converted to an order.

I've seen various websites posting different statements about timing, e.g. New electric vehicles due in Australia in 2022, which states January 2022 (seems unlikely).

This morning I logged in to the polestar site and started a chat to ask about this.

The response was thorough but fairly non-commital, suggested a lead time of 12 weeks from order to delivery, and that orders will be within the first quarter of this year. Also, preconfigured vehicles will be available (suggesting a faster delivery time).

So let's say order Feb for delivery in May or March for delivery in June...

Fingers crossed for a suitable preconfigured option!

Sadly my car is still anchored outside port K, even though my delivery date is still listed as April ☹

I've got to say that an email or message without me having to follow up would have been nice. Gotta love the zero communication about my car once my order was placed.

Not sure if people have seen this post: [AU] Polestar 2 - Plus / Pilot / Performance - Magnesium...

If anyone is waiting for a LRDM with PPP (with the full pilot pack) then this is a very good value. Just slightly used.
There's a special offer on MY23 Polestar 2s until the end of May Ready for delivery Polestar 2

$3k rebate, plus charging (either a Zappi installed, or $2k in Evie charging credit)

I wondered when the discounts would start.

Mine entered the CEVA system a month ago today, scheduled to move to MEL from PK 2 weeks ago. Delivery still showing March.....

Agree the unsolicited comms have been poor, but the chat bot human has been helpful enough to get as much as you can get (which aint much).
As posted on the Polestar Australia Owners FB group, the $3k rebate and ~$2k charging offer are open to people taking delivery this month too - call/contact Polestar Support for them to process for you.

Looks like it.

From the T&Cs;

*Rebate and Charging Offer applies to new model year 2023 Polestar 2 cars ordered between 03.05.2023 and 31.05.2023, and delivered by 31.07.2023 (unless stock runs out earlier or offer is extended) and also applies to active orders of Polestar 2 which have yet to take delivery.

Sweet thaks! I'll contact tomorrow!

I wonder if me doing this will slow down the delivery for me as my car is leased which means they'll need to generate new quote/contract for me to sign etc...but I guess it doesn't really matter since my car still hasn't shown up on CEVA yet anyways lol.

EDIT: Doesn't apply to fleet orders apparently. booo
Awesome, that makes the long wait a little more tolerable.
I think I am!!! :p
How's your delivery date looking mate? :p

My estimated delivery date from the JSON just updated from April 19 to May 31. Not sure what has triggered the update, still nothing on the tracking.

My app and website Just changed earlier today from May delivery to June, but I also note that CEVA have marked my delivery from PK to EP as "complete", so I don't know why it's got to sit at Erskine Park for a month :/
I'm still showing March! :(
And YTM from PK.

Same here.

Website has updated from May to June and the car is marked as delivered to Erskine Park already.

My JSON data also updated from 3rd April to show 15th May @Apex_Predator

I'm telling you now @Apex_Predator we're going to end up taking delivery on the same day probably lol.

Lol I reckon you're right, now we've just got to work out what day that is, and which month it's going to land in!!

I think because the date is on or after halfway through the month (ie, 15+), the app/website 'rounds up' to the next month.
