Same for me… it’s a never ending story. Polestar just sent me a survey on my “Polestar Experience”…. I game them “unsatisfied“ for overall rating and some comments explaining why i gave the low score. Hopefully this will escalate the matter…I have a support ticket with Polestar and they say they are working with service NSW to resolve. But that was months ago and they haven't given me any updates so far. Each time I ask it's standard "we're working on it" response.
