As usual patience is the solution. I did not touch a thing (I’m still successfully logged into my polestar account (I checked under the account list), just tried again to activate connected safety and now it suddenly allows me…. Will never know what happened in the background.Bummer, sounds like you had one of the relatively rare silent fails. Might be worth calling/emailing/chatting support. I think there's a way they can check to see if a car's update actually failed if I remember right.
