So I have a phone call telling me I have a p4 turning up tomorrow and was advised I need to sort my internet out, which I was sure I had completed. So I drop into the app and it proudly states ‘you currently have no orders’ I then refer to the website, login and it gives me the same message. Has anyone else come across this issue as it was there until yesterday and how did you fix it. Sadly now feels like this handover is going to be a mess.
