Cleaning the Aero Wheels... How on earth?!

So, random one this...

Anyone have any idea of how's best to clean the barrels on the PS4 Aero Wheels?

The gaps between the 'spokes' are so narrow there is no way of getting a barrel brush in, and I thought perhaps there was a way of removing the black sections on the wheel, but doesn't seem so.

I really, really don't want the faff of removing the sodding wheels just to clean them 😂

The plastic bits just pull off - stick your fingers in and give a tug.

Well bugger me haha I thought it must be possible, but got scared not wanting to break them. So pretty easy/safe to remove and pop back on?

They're (obviously) a really tight fit, but yes, you just pull on them. They are very robust.
