Hey all, I'm new to this forum but I'm hoping someone may be able to explain this problem. This morning we woke up to our 2024 Polestar 2 making 2 different, but I assume related, noises.
I've taken a video of both the two types of noises (both began at the same time). It's heavily edited just to anonymise the location and reg etc
The first noise is a consistent clicking/rubbing noise coming from the front left (passenger side UK) wheel when travelling at any speed and becomes more frequent the faster the car is travelling. Assuming it's something to do directly with the wheel. The second clip is when in reversing and happens mostly when in full lock but happens occassionally when reversing straight. The noise only happens once in the video but it has done several of those clanging noises back to back while reversing a few times.
Oddly the noises seems to come and go. We had a few hours where it disappeared but then it came back just the same later.
Video of both noises posted below.
Thanks for taking the time to read, and hopefully you're all far more knowledgeable than I. Let me know if there's anything else you might need to 'diagnose' it.
Cheers,
Dan
