Another newbie. Got the "Your Polestar 2 just set sail" email, so it lines up with the Estimated Delivery Date of Jan 12th. Ordered at the very end of July.

My update... got the wall charger installed at home. No car to test it with yet. Still expected delivery (JSON) of 12th Jan, so am assuming that's arrival in UK. So maybe late Jan/early Feb.
Mines exactly the same. I'm assuming it means delivery to UK. Then a few weeks for the handover.That’s interesting - for me web says Jan, app says Feb and estimatedDeliveryDate is 2023-01-12!

Exactly the same as you and Delzuk. Told by CS this morning that it hasn't arrived in the country yet. JSON still showing a delivery date of 12th Jan. Back to guesswork, I guess. LolThat’s interesting, exact same info as you including no reg yet but CS says it’s still waiting to arrive in the country, although I’m almost certain it arrived on Azul ace yesterday.
But as others have mentioned it’s a real game to try and work things out. What you think is happening, and what is happening may be completely different!
Yeah, possibly. I must now try to resist watching ship tracking all day!yes seems so! Perhaps on Blanco ace which is taking a more leisurely trip over and actually left Shanghai day before Azul ace. I still question if Molace though due to blank records although they may perhaps have not enabled tracking on some orders 😐
Slight update today in that I have a registration number. Delivery date remains last week. Estimated on app remains Feb, website Jan.
Where did you find the registration date? I can find the estimated delivery date and all the other pieces in JSON, but can't for the life of me see reg date. Got my reg plate number late last week.Just received my reg number today 🥳 but no option to book a handover date yet. Does it take a couple of days for this to come up? JSON says the registration date is "2023-02-10" is that an indication of when the car might get to me?

Are there multiple PDI sites? As in, does it go to the nearest one to your handover location?
Yeah. I'm convinced that the one day I don't check is the day they'll send me a handover date. But it's too tempting to just keep checking.I have been advised by CS that depending on how busy they are they can assign the reg upto 1-2 weeks before arriving to UK.
One thing for sure is at least the car is nearer to the UK than not 😬. I’m still hoping their systems are wrong, and it’s in the UK and a handover date will just pop up 🤣

JSON update today (now v53). Expected delivery date has moved from 2023-01-12 to 2023-02-01, so I'm beginning to think it hasn't arrived in the UK yet, despite the reg number coming through. Any updates for you @tornado5 ?
Thanks. I've just chatted with them as well and they confirmed the same. I guess our cars were shipmates afterall! Fingers crossed for some happy news before the end of the week.exact same as me, PS has now confirmed mine has arrived in the UK so worth dropping them question on chat. One thing I’m checking is I now have an earliest possible handover date which I did not have before.

Yeah mine has updated on the website and app to match and says Feb.Yes but only since last night/this morning when JSON changes occurred.
EDIT: Also noticed that estimated delivery has moved from January to February on the web page and now matches app.

Not yet. Mine arrived in the country sometime last week, got my reg about 10 days back. No movement since.Anybody received handover date emails this morning yet? My vehicle was on Blanco Ace - I have Reg assigned but nothing else through yet.
