Json is showing expected Delivery 20/Feb but I have my registration!! CS saying car is still on the way!

No, I keep checking but nothing. It’s all very inconsistent as I never received an email to say it had been shipped, only found out by entering my VIN on the Molace website.

Do you have a booking reference for Blanco Ace that you can lookup the VINs>

If you have a reg, and have an entry in Molace VIN tracker but that’s blank I would suspect Grand Victory may be a possibility (due into Bristol today/tomorrow) - I may be wrong but just my current thinking 🤔

I am a blank on the Molace tracker but the VIN comes up. CS told me that it was on a ship from late Dec. The delivery date on the JSON is 03/02/22, I am not sure if this date corresponds with the estimated docking date of the vessel?

I am also not sure if the car has to be in the country to have a reg allocated to it? In that case it has already docked, but this is theory.

Reg appeared last week, registration date showing as 03/02/23 and estimated delivery data 20/02/23.

Suspected its on grand victory which docked on Sunday morning, but still no JSON updates since. CS say its still on the way...

CS have said that my car is not due in the UK until Mid Feb! This links with JSON estimated Delivery Date which is 20/02/23.... Not if they are just trying to manage expectation. Strange because my vin is '145XXX) and I'm seeing 147XXX on ships that have already arrived!

Got a reg a few weeks ago. App and website say a march delivery and the Json date says 20th feb. Spoke to customer services today and my car is still at sea!

was told they allocate the registration when on the boat! So a few more months it seems

I've got the exact same dates as you. What date is your registration? mine is 03/02/23 and my VIN is 145XXX, I have a feeling it'll arrive in March as they have constantly stood by!

My json just moved estimated delivery from 20/2/23 to 17/2/23 and from version 46 to version 48. No other changes... Suspect its on a vessel arriving early / mid feb but unsure which vessels are currently enroute ?

that's good to know, so you have a 72 plate allocated, but they will change it to a 23 should the delivery be made in March?

Update on my order. Had the reg almost a week but no handover dates. JSON estimated delivery is 20th Feb.
Chat have confirmed today the car is in Zebrugge but they don't know when it will leave there.

If delivery is March, they will give me a new (23 plate) reg.

At this point I'll happily wait another 4 weeks and get the new reg.

For those whose cars are in Zeebrugge - did your VIN come up on the Molace tracking site? Just wondering if you called CS to trace location because website returned null or whether the vehicle has landed somewhere different to the tracking site?

I'm in the ' my VIN is recognised but no detail appear in Molace' camp....I think there's quite a few... Just a waiting game, CS has said I will get 2-3 weeks notice of delivery which should be enough time I hope to sell my current car and clear finance!

I've just had a JSON update today, estimated delivery date moved from 17/02 to 01/03/23. No other changes. Something strange happening as I know the car is sat in Zeebrugge as confirmed by CS!

Spoke to CS today and my car is not in the UK says estimated delivery in March but allocated a 72 plate! Not sure why as if I get it in March would be a 23 plate surely. Not sure what is going on with the car or where it is sitting in the world ! Lol

Your car is more than likely at Zeebrugge - If you get the right CS rep they'll tell you this. But you should get a 23 plate for 23 delivery.
