My order from last August was finally built on 16th Feb and will be loaded on to Blanco Ace in the next couple of days. Looks to be 900+ Polestars on board so plenty heading this direction. The ship is due into Bristol on 4th May yet the app is still saying delivery July so hoping that comes in a bit.
Interesting, what was your order date? Mine was several weeks ago but my delivery date is now showing as January '24 via the app! It's a vanilla SRSM in Midnight.Thanks!
Yes, it's a MY24. I was very tempted to go for a pre-built for an earlier delivery but the extra range of the MY24 versions swung it for me. The spec is LRSM in Space with Plus, Pilot and leather options.
Got the email from Polestar today with final confirmation of delivery tomorrow morning! I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight 😂
Ordered mine June 2022. Continuous delays but come Feb 11th got a handover date for March 10th 8-12. After so much waiting finally the time came. Day before thought to check the app and said delivery date to be confirmed. It was late couldn't contact customer service. 10th march waited and waited no car came. Messaged customer service was told the delivery date had dissappeared. 1 hour later got a call saying THE CAR GOT RECALLED DUE TO SOME issues in software I think. 4 days later got an email from CS saying they're still waiting for delivery team to give them hand over dates. Really losing patience
What a nightmare, I am still cautious about mine although having got an email today confirming we are on for tomorrow I have a bit more hope now. With all my delays I found CS communication was not great, information only came from me chasing them. I guess that’s not uncommon and most manufacturers will be similar. Its arrived! Handover was excellent and everything in order. I'll put some pics up when I get it cleaned!
Finally been given a handover date of 30/03/2023, which is a day earlier than expected (JSON was indicating 31/03/2023).
Fingers crossed the Garnet Ace doesn't experience any more delays! (It's currently anchored off shore near the River Tyne).

Car arrived with no issues. As I was within so many miles of the delivery dealer they drove it to me instead of it coming on a trailer. The advantage is that it had been fully cleaned by the Volvo dealership in advance. Gave the bloke a lift back to the station as I was so desperate to drive it. Haha.

Early days though so I'm expecting it to slip. Will be disappointed if it slips into 2024 though.
Still, I've just had confirmation that the Ebike I orderd last month will be shipping this week so that's one new toy to look forward to!

Ordered my SRSM no packs beginning of September. Initially told March 23. Then August 23. Then June 23. Now August again.. as I find out today. Contacted CS and they said may not even be built until May. Anyone else had this?
I know it's of no help to you, but I ordered 26th sept. It was built in Dec and arrived in the uk on Feb 15th and will be delivered 27th March. Sooo, I was offered a handover date last Friday of 30/03/23, although noticed a JSON file update on my order today. Handover is still showing as booked for the 30th, but I now have a date of 05/04/23 in the "Earliest possible handover date" - it was previously blank.

Just an update chased up Polestar and I still have not gotten anything. Car was meant to handed over on the 10th of March and got recalled. 13 days later saying its still in the garage for repairs meaning they've done jack sh*** for the past 2 weeks so still dont know when I'm getting my polestar 🙄
