My PS4 rolled out of production a few days ago. VIN is showing up on Hoegh Autoliners now, as going onto HÖEGH SUNLIGHT (SUNL) M from Taicang (30.09.2025) to Bristol (14.11.2025).

Yay! My P*4 arrived today and all seems OK. Been for a few drives and it all feels good, the only issue seems to be in understanding how the profiles work, so that I can use the card and my wife can use the dongle.

 

I've just taken advantage of Polestar currently offering some decent lease discounts and cancelled my original sal-sac order which was due for delivery mid-November and re-ordered identical spec but at a lower monthly cost (around £125 less per month gross cost for LRDM Prime, Nappa and 21s). Means a couple of months longer wait, but over a 3 year lease was too much of a saving to pass up. Countdown clock now reset to late Jan/early Feb!

 

I had something similar, but it was only a couple of weeks between my original order and the new order. There was a 3 figure monthly gross reduction. I didn’t have a delivery date on the original order. Now Polestar says Jan 2026 while lease company estimates 28th Feb

 

My order status has just changed from Shipping to Transport - which I believe is the last stage before 'delivered' - although at the same time the estimate has slipped from Early October to Late October.
Mine arrived into Bristol on Saturday morning on the Hoegh Jeddah... so I'm assuming it wont be till w/c 20th October now.. but let's see.

 

My first post! As a data point, my PS4 arrived in Bristol on 3 September. I actually ordered it on 5 September as an 'Available Vehicle', and from the beginning had an estimated delivery of "Late September". It arrived at the pre-delivery centre on 25 September and I received a delivery offer today of Thursday 9 October. So, pretty much 5 weeks from port/order to delivery.

 

Just had my delivery booking confirmed Mon 20th Oct so 15 working days from arriving in port.
But this is a lease that was a factory order and all the other finance stuff was done way before it landed in port so I think the 15 days/3 weeks is probably the best it can be.

 

Glad to see people are getting delivery offers. I'm currently at the Pre-Delivery stage according to the app. Previously, it showed an estimated delivery date of early October, then changed to 'delivered' for a while before changing to pre-delivery on Tuesday. I was hoping to receive a delivery offer this week, but it didn't happen, so fingers crossed for early next week, as it seems people have been waiting around a week to get their delivery offers.

What are the delivery offers like? "Here's a date and time, take it or leave it" type situation?
