Is it finally working again?

 

Has it ever actually been broken or does it only work if the car is out (or very close to being so) of warranty? If I put my VIN I get the 'sales journey currently not available' but I have 2 years left so wouldn't expect to be able to extend yet...

 

Definitely broken (well broken as in the provider is no longer providing cover for polestar). They should be able to provide you with a quote at the point of asking Polestar know all about it as an issue but dont seem to actually do anything to resolve. I was given 12 months additional warranty (via this route) and performance upgrade because of shoddy service from polestar but could only actually engage the performance upgrade and not the extended warranty.

 

Anyone do this in the US?
