Footwell Lights

Hi
Just received my PS2, SRSM with Pilot Lite Pack and I’m so confused about footwell lights.
Car came in already on 2.7 software and no footwell lights.
Is it random how they installed them?
Was sure they should be as well in no Plus pack cars,so don’t know now

Did you confirm they are switched on? They can de turned off through tablet

I also have the SRSM but with the full pilot pack. I've had the car since October 2021 it was delivered with version 1.8 software I think. The lights was working until summer 22 when software 2.1 or 2.2 was released this deactivated the footwell lights.

OTA 2.7 has fixed the lights. Check the lights settings in the center screen

I have all lights on,no option for footwell light there

Unless my car is missing something(2023 Dual Motor PPP), running 2.7 software since I purchased the car three weeks ago, there is no footwell lighting option on the menu screen. My lights work, I'm just stating there is not a specific option to turn them on or off.

Have you double checked if your car is actually on 2.7? Or did you only see 2.7 in the release note section?

Yes,it’s 2.7 definitely but uploaded by garage before handover.
This software is strange for me becUse no speed camera or range bubble radius in google maps :/

Speed camera varies by region and I believe is tied to Google maps, as is the range bubble radius. It’s possible you don’t have the latest version of Google maps, which they’ve been incrementally rolling out over the past few weeks. Also worth nothing the radius only shows during (long) navigation, not all the time.

The footwell lights on the other hand should be working, I don’t have any idea why it wouldn’t if you’re truly on 2.7.

I thought the MY23 doesn't come with footwell lights? I have MY22 (SRSM+Fat Pilot) with Ver 1.8 installed. Which had footwell lights until Ver 2.2 and then the lights didn't work until Ver2.7.

I’ve just taken delivery of a LRDM with 2.7 installed, was playing with the settings over the last couple of days, but noticed I have no footwell lights. i Can go into the menu on the screen and increase the brightness of the main dash using the slider at the top, the interior lighting & mood lighting have off/low/high options. mood lighting seems to work fine, but if I change the settings on interior lighting nothing comes on or gets brighter in the car. Must be another bug somewhere

I posted some photos of my SRSM with Full pilot pack when my foot well lights stopped working. You can see the last photo of where the driver foot well light is. Take a look at your car to see if the lights are actually installed or not. Mine are working again with 2.7.

Front foot well lights not working

My car is the SRSM with the Pilot Pack. The front foot well lights are no longer coming on in the evenings. I am not sure if this is related to 2.1 software that caused it to no longer come on. Can someone who has a car with the pilot pack only and installed 2.1 to see if the front foot well...

Physically look under the dash and see if lights are present.

Yes, you will have them. Same car as me

From manual
Passenger compartment lighting
Briefly press the passenger compartment lighting button in the ceiling console to switch on or off the footwell lighting and general lighting.

Adjusting interior lighting via the center display

- Tap
  
  in the center display.
- Tap More.
- Select Interior lights.
- Adjust the function you would like to adjust.
