I've heard the Google assistant say this in my car too, I heard it for about a week or 2, every time I got in the car. The last time I heard this was about 3 to 4 weeks ago. Not heard it since.
Google Assistant acting weird
For the past few days when i first get into the car google assistant tells me that it can’t do this right now because it is not online…(not verbatim but you get the gist). And i am not asking google anything! Any idea what might be causing that? I have not changed anything in the setting.

Had this a few months ago. From memory an infotainment reset (press and hold horizontal bar at bottom of screen until it goes blank - after screen cleaning mode) and then a TCAM reset by pressing and holding the demist button for about 45 secs got it back online.
