Hi Tom,

I've received confirmation of what's happened. We have wrongly seen the 14th October on our system, and our handover agents should not have offered this. It has been confirmed that the car will not be ready/arrive in the UK before November, hence why the 5th was offered.

I'm sorry about this, as on our side, it appeared that this is all ready for delivery until it was confirmed that the car isn't in the country. Any costs you have come across for booking flights/ferry, please forward them straight across and we will refund these to you.

I understand the frustration, and I apologise. I have myself been confused as to why you were offered another date. I hope this makes sense.
