Improved efficiency?

1008 Views 9 Replies 9 Participants Last post by  Sharpy200
since the last update in March/April my P2 LRSM is definitely a bit more efficient. At 40 - 50 mph I am now often seeing 4mile/kWh or better. On long UK motorway A road drives 3.7 - 3.8 miles/kWh.

Today we did 220 miles on mostly UK motorway (so not 70 all the time but mostly) I got 4 miles/kWh at 17 - 18 degs C

It is obviously warmer now, but even so I haven't seen such efficiency before. The car now has 19,000 miles on it. Anyone else noticed any improvement?

Same here. My commute to work every day (bumper to bumper traffic 60%, freeway speeds 30%, city driving 10%) ends up being around 14.0 kWh/100km. Last year at the same time, a similar trip at the same time of day same traffic conditions would be at least 16 kWh/100km
I normally average 4miles per kWh when temps are 12c or higher. Similar mileage to yours I’ve hit 21k, in 19 months.

Just completed 150 miles using 56% charge, and total of 185 miles for the day using 67%
Is there a way to show m/kWh? Mine only displays the slightly more European kWh/100m

Id like to have my display reading that rather than the kwh/100m . Ive looked and cant find away to chamge it so im going to say no. Hopefully someone cant correct ne and show me how to chamge it if it exists 🤣
Well my woman just had a new record going to and from work, so maybe yes!
I would say its just perfect temperature now, just had the car since december, so dont know how it would have bern last year.
Actually nobody does, 2023 models have not seen a spring/summer yet 😃

but this winter it was around 15-16% going to/from work, so around 30%+ for the day.
Yesterday she drove to work using 10% and home on only 9%, so 19% total!
Should also say that she has finally gone OPD and that might affect it for the better too!

The strange thing is the calculated range differs pretty much! The range and % of SOC points to 450km, but the consumption says 510km.
Is it 60km still in the car after 0% SOC?!

In the setting isn’t there an option to change the unit of measurement? I haven’t tried it but that might work.

While looking for how to convert the reading to British Thermal Units per 576 furlongs, I didn't see how to convert to what you need. Double sorry.
