Internet in the Car

Hi All. I get my car Friday (all being well!) and I'm just tidying everything up in preparation. I've been reading about in car internet not working at delivery so was focussed on making sure I have done everything right my end. I registered through the portal and got the Vodafone email to say all was set up a couple of weeks ago. Until today I had a message each time I logged in which told me I need to contact my dealership to associate a car. That didn't seem right so I opened a ticket with Polestar. Just now the message has changed to 'No Active Plan' and 'No Cars Paired'. The latter I can perhaps understand as I dont have the car yet but should I be concerned that there is no active plan or is this something which comes alive on delivery when I set-up in the car? I am wondering if I need to pre-empt a problem by opening another ticket!?

Any experiences/advice welcome!

Thanks

Certainly worth pre-empting this. They seem to be making a hash of it again...

There were problems early on, then a period of stability with few if any reported problems, but now there seems to be lots of complaints again.
I think it just coincides with the current influx of MY26 vehicles just arriving with customers. The process is a bit confusing/unnecessary/unusual (delete as appropriate) as, for example with my last two new cars the onboard internet connection just worked when I picked them up, no preregistration was needed. And even my current P4 which was a 6 month old ex Polestar car via a Polestar dealer still needed me to activate the internet even though it was already active.
