Leather Cleaning

Excellent. Thank you. That’s the same stuff in wipe form IIRC. Looks like that’s at least the “official” solution if nothing else.

I’ve not owned actual dead cow leather before in a car, so panicking slightly!
It's actually really easy to take care of ... the leather is much harder wearing than you would believe when looking / feeling it & it's designed to both easy to look after and be robust.

I posted a couple of links to some YouTube videos from detailers that talk about what to use and how to care for the leather on a different discussion thread, I'll dig them out and (re)post here when I get a chance.

Found the videos I posted ... there are heaps on Youtube that are published by detailers with varying levels of OCD / detailer-geekishness and "personalities" ... however much of the messaging is that there are various products out there which are good, but there are also a lot that are "over hyped" and that for regular, 2-weekly maintenance cleaning, you can keep it pretty simple.

However, if you're doing a quarterly cleans, then consider some product and some protection/ care-product from one of the "professional brands" (Modesta, Dr Beazely's etc).

FWIW I have spent / wasted many happy hours watching Json from Chicago Auto Pros (https://www.youtube.com/user/ChicagoAutoPros) do product reviews, give tips, do paint inspections or just detail cars :)
