Cool photo! Fun to see other Polestar 2 in the wild; is this west coast perhaps? Or east coast? Definite not Ohio where I live, though I do keep seeing more 2s around.

It is, in fact, Ohio 😄. The Huber Heights EA charger.

Polestars are getting common around where I live. Went to walk the dogs with my sister in law and saw 4 walking from the park to her house, about 10 mins walk, and that didn't include mine! This was near Victoria Park, east London.

What colour were these Polestars? Did they look good.

Considering a Magesium or Void performance.

A variety! I think Space (the metallic black, MY23 onwards) is better than Void (the solid black, earlier cars), as it has the chrome trim deleted. The only colours on the Polestar that I'm not sure about are Moon and Jupiter, but that's just personal preference!

I meant what colours were the Polestars you saw on the road in London? Don't want to follow the crowd!

Oh I always thought Space and Void were the same colour and finish but makes sense they are different as they have different names.

I've been considering whether to Magesium, Thunder or a pre-owned Void. I may avoid the Void if solid black!

Space is a metallic black with flake in it. Void is a flat non-metallic black I believe. Magnesium is the best color in the swatch by far. But I’m biased.

I like how more timeless the P2's design is compared to that Hyundai Ioniq and the Kia EV6.

The people frequenting this charger clearly has refined taste

(Speaking as an EV6 owner considering going Polestar next time round)

Was my Magnesium, another Magnesium, a Thunder, a Void, and a Space. That day, anyway! Seen all colours from time to time, although Moon and Jupiter seem the least popular.

I would think that the Polestar is still enough of a left-field choice that no matter the colour choice, you're not following the crowd.

I went with Magnesium because it's free! I was right up against the cap on my company car. It's a £50k cap and adding metallic paint would push a SRSM with Plus and Pilot over that. I'd have chosen Midnight or Snow if I was ordering without that cap (and the LRDM, for that matter!). Magnesium is still great though IMO and I've really come to love it, actually preferring it to Midnight. It would have been my third choice if they were all 'free'.

Magnesium used to be a premium color, with the no cost options being Snow and Void.

Hasn't Magnesium always been a 'metallic' colour, then and now i.e. metallic white? Or was it a 'solid' colour previously?

It's the same as it's always been, metallic.

Didn't think snow was ever a 'free' colour though? I thought it was Void on MY20-22 cars and the Magnesium from MY23 onwards?

Love this combo. I got the same color combo too and can't wait to see it in person in a couple of weeks.

On a side note, someone said there are pages of pics of magnesium not looking like the configurator. That's the exact reason I got it. It looks like a metallicy white and less silver like the configurator. I love white cars and hate silver, both with exceptions depending on the car. I was lucky that the Space had both Snow and Magnesium on display so I was able to make an informed choice. I find that thunder doesn't look like the configurator either.
