Received our Montreal group buy ( 16 kits) , installed mine today, big improvement sor the side , drove 30 min on wet road and my sides are still clean after a car wash

It's a T10 torx bit that's needed (if I'm remembering the size correctly), and no, it's not included.

Tools are not included. You just need a torx bit. Much easier with the wheels off, but possible otherwise with a stubby ratcheting driver.

The rear has one extra clip on the bottom

It take 15 min to install all 4 , dont remove the tires 😅 it way to long . Regular hex key do the job . The hardest part is the clip for rear mud flaps under the bumper

The clip will be dirty so you have to rinse it to be able to remove the central pin

Pretty easy to ruin those torx screws with that tool 🤦‍♂️

I didn't even jack my car to put them on. I put the torx in a socket wrench. One quarter turn at a time but didn't strip the screws and set the screws snug but not overly tight.

A 1/4" bit drive ratchet is your friend. Many socket sets come with one.

If you don't have the correct Torx bit laying about, you can also use an Imperial hex wrench (forget the size, maybe 5/32) which works quite well.

Anyone know where I can buy mudflaps that don’t require shipping from overseas?

I’d like to install ASAP, as whenever I wash my car, the tires spit up debris from the tire shine ontothe sides of the car.

In the non-winter months, that's how it looks most of the time. And yes, both PPF and ceramic coating.

Did my on-line order at 1am my time (western Canada) from BeGood in Oslo, after getting their staff's help with a text-chat to tell me the boxes and Norwegian words to click. Paid by credit card, and soon started getting status updates of order placed and shipped and indicating progress through cities/airports. Delivered to my door 2 days and 14 hours later. Not yet installed, but thank-you in advance to those that have posted about their successful installs.

So Clean! Sales guy at Polestar said to use tire shine to get the black plastic panels looking clean and black. I still can't get over that white carrier.
