Hoping to united with my car soon.

My VIN successfully finds a match on the MOL search form, but no itinerary. Does anyone know what this means? I know older VINs show a complete itinerary with ship name, departure and arrival info displayed. I guess that my VIN finding a match on their website means my car in their possession somewhere. Could it be that my car is sat at the port waiting for a ship?

My estimate delivery has been showing April since mid February, after my VIN populated in late January. Mixed messages!

I know I could just wait but seeing movement, even if it is just watching a verrry sloowwww ship, feels like progress and feels like I'm doing something to help the process along! Not knowing anything feels like I'm not!

Any insights offered received with thanks.

I decided to take Polestar up on their offer to reimburse me for a hire car and went with Sixt because they do a "premium mystery car" option and I love a surprise.

I picked it up from one of those car parks that has about 6 different hire companies in it. As I walked though the car park, would you believe it... Hertz had about 10 Polestar 2s available to hire. All of them 23 plates, sat there with nobody to drive them. If I'd known they were available to hire, I don't think I would have hired one, but I couldn't help but laugh at the irony.

And if you were wondering, the mystery car I hired turned out to be an Audi A5... not my style. Fingers crossed it's only for two weeks!

CS took 2 days investigating and came back to me via mail letting me know:
Car will arrive in Gothenburg end of April and delivery will happen aprox 2 weeks after in Stockholm
VIN does not show up on any of the searchable vessle sites
Order-date 2022-09-01

I think our cars, and Plstr, are on the same boat. Unsearchable VIN carrier.
I have a Json estimated April 12th, website May and app May. Build month 2023-02 and 156***-VIN. The website date is kinda goofy.. If you leave it logged in, it will just keep ticking on for some reason. I got a max up to December 2035 Just a reload and back on May. Sometimes it will state July right when I log in, but a reload later back to May.
Polestar changed my pick up point to Volvo Cars Vallentuna some weeks ago, 'cos they had more and earlier slots available than Upplands-Väsby.
CS says end of April at earliest, problably early May.

Off topic:
I'd rather get it May 2nd over April 30th, since it's a benefit/company car, and pay benefit tax for the car I have moving over to a new month, in this case a Kia Niro PHEV and it's dirt cheap. So, if I have the Kia for only one single day in May, I still pay benefit tax for the Kia, and not the PS for May.

But hats off to the Polestar/Volvo Cars dealer for letting me drop my current car at their venue when I pick the PS up, for Leaseplan to pick up later, instead of having to drop the Kia off first somewhere.

FWIW, waiting impatiently for delivery to Finland: manufacturing month 2022-12, VIN 148xxx, JSON data says delivery date 2023-04-07, page and app both say May. I got the license plate number already in mid-February. I've never found anything when searching by VIN on the carrier sites.
