Yeah, I've chatted with them today and they are saying it should arrive at the dealer this week. We will see!

They called me last Monday to let me know that the car was on a boat and would arrive in Sweden very soon. The day after the call my estimated delivery went from Feb 27 to March 2Just had a call from Polestar to say that my handover is delayed by a week due to congestion at the port in Zeebrugge; there is now a large backlog of vehicles waiting to be shipped.
They told me that the vessel itself is delayed, but couldn’t tell me which vessel it is. It really adds to the mystery of shipping, as I thought it was already in the UK! I’ve even been assigned a registration plate, which I thought happened once it arrived in the county, but apparently not?
Now I have to wait for a new booking date to appear in my account, which they advised probably wouldn’t happen until the car is in the country to avoid having to rearrange again.

Nothing to be irritated over. I put my order in August 16th, or Leaseplan did, with a VIN series of 156***. Expected delivery in app, May, and on website April (2023-04-11, as of today, since they move that date around day to day between 2023-04-10-2023-04-12). No hit on any of the searchable carriers.Hi,

I ordered 2022-09-01, started with delivery.date January.
Per today the app shows June and when i inspect my order site on the computer it shows estimatedDeliveryDate 2023-05-08.
I don't know when i got the VIN but it has been showing for a longer period
Trying to get something more exact from the CS but all the people i talk to is referring to the dates in the app/order site.
For fact the car is completed and in one call CS said "it is on a boat", but i could not get more info
