Hoping to united with my car soon.

My VIN successfully finds a match on the MOL search form, but no itinerary. Does anyone know what this means? I know older VINs show a complete itinerary with ship name, departure and arrival info displayed. I guess that my VIN finding a match on their website means my car in their possession somewhere. Could it be that my car is sat at the port waiting for a ship?

My estimate delivery has been showing April since mid February, after my VIN populated in late January. Mixed messages!

I know I could just wait but seeing movement, even if it is just watching a verrry sloowwww ship, feels like progress and feels like I'm doing something to help the process along! Not knowing anything feels like I'm not!

Any insights offered received with thanks.

Mine is expected April as well. It’s on the Garnet Ace, which has been stuck outside Zeebrugge for the last couple of days. Think there is a bit of a queue to dock.

So when that happening with the VIN it means is has not got a ship assigned yet. I would check once a week and eventually a ship will show up. Normally the same day it gets put on the ship.

Mine got loaded on end of Jan and is due into UK 19th with a delivery date of the 28th

Patiently waiting for my P*2 Performance since ordering in August. Original delivery estimate was March, I think?

Site shows estimated delivery is May, app says June. My VIN is in the 157 range.

JSON gives an estimated delivery date of 10th of May, updated from 8th of May last week. No other useful info, so I wasn't sure if it had been built yet.

Spoke to CS today who said:

Tried searching for the VIN on Mol Ace and it turns up, but the itinerary is blank. No details.

Curious to know where in the world she currently is!

Thanks for your update Gruff. Getting closer for you, literally! What does your delivery estimate say on your account page?

My vin is still not showing anything, but my delivery estimate is still April! Maybe that will move back at some point, but if seems rather late given we are half way through March. I'll just have to wait and see what happens next.

Does your Json show Manufactoring month now? I'm on website date April, app date May, with estimated date April 12th. Yesterday my Json manufactoring month got populated with 2023-02 and the website changed it layout, see image

Might have been an overall design overhaul for everybody, and not anything specific for cars close to delivery?

I have never found my car on a ship with VIN.

Well, I have a surprising update on my order. My vin popped in late January and I copied it to a note to be able to paste it when doing my occasional search of MOL Ace for my vin showing more details.

Today I check on Json (the version info updated on 15 March) and the vin number is different to that originally declared. The new vin number was a bit earlier than the first and has already completed the journey to Bristol in late February, arriving on Miraculous Ace to Amsterdam and then Genuine Ace from there to Bristol!

Therefore, if would seem the April delivery estimate is reasonable.

My car was due to be delivered next Wednesday but sadly just had a call today to say it is delayed for a second time as it "didn't arrive for pre-delivery checks". Quite a nice way of saying "we don't know where your car is"! 🤪

That's amazing that one week before delivery they're still not ready! It's so late to cancel. I got the impression they need at several weeks to prep the cars for deliveries.

Good luck to you that they sort you out correctly soon. Have they proposed revised delivery dates or do you have to wait until they contact you again?

Today I got a delivery date of 6th April. One has to keep excitement in check when reading about your experience you guys are having.

glad you have got a new date. Mine has been moved from the 20th to the 28th and now the 4th of April. I hope this is the last move. I wish they would just offer dates once they know the can accurately make the delivery!

I've just had a revised date sent through of 30th March, but I get the feeling they're just kicking the can down the road and they don't actually know the date it's due. Both times they've delayed they have just added 8 days onto the delivery date. I'm fully expecting another call next week to say it's delayed again.

I've sold my current car now, so Polestar have offered to reimburse me up to £75 per day to get a hire car due to the delay. At least I'll get a bit of that "new car feeling" with a hire car!
