I got all the mats on mine - the rubber mats (4) are well worth it to me - really help in keeping the carpet clean on nasty days. I also got the original version of the trunk mat. It works fine for me, but isn't as well designed. It is reversible, but you have to roll it up a bit to open the grocery holder, and hold up the edge a bit to get to the bottom storage area. One big advantage with the early ones is that it has a flap on one side that can be pulled over the rear hatch area and protects it and the bumper sill when loading/unloading the trunk. My understanding is that model was discontinued partway through the 2021 model year.
