As per previous posts, my first car couldn't be delivered due to a fault and I decided to cancel the order and request a new factory build instead. I'd already paid the full £47k but am pleased to say it has been refunded in full today after approx. 2 weeks from cancellation. Customer service have been very polite throughout. I now have a long wait for the new car unfortunately but that was my preference over fixing the faulty one. I'm pleased to have received the extended warranty and free charging also.

I think it is law in the UK that refunds must occur within 14 days of the good being returned. I rejected my P2 in writing 3 weeks ago, and Polestar did F all about returning it. They ignored repeated emails and ignored my suggestions i return it to a Volvo dealer. Finally they are collecting it next monday. customer support is worse than Tesla, and i hate myself for saying that.
