Hi, coming from the BMW world and the Bimmerpost forums, used to having a random photo of the day thread. Mods - feel free to move this if you feel it belongs in the “Exterior” sub-forum.
Admittedly, I don’t have my P*2 yet, awaiting arrival - purchased a used (Snow) launch model with PP, Plus, Pilot and Nappa and 8k on the dash.

Did see that, but the link didn’t work for me. Ended up purchasing a set from Aliexpress. Hopefully it is what I am looking for as there curiously wasn’t a picture of the lights. Will see when it gets here in a couple weeks.

Wrapped the mirrors satin black. Nice subtle touch in my opinion. Matches the rest of the black trim nicely as well.

One of the things I miss the most about Vancouver was the $32 hand car wash right in Downtown that includes interior and exterior. After 4 months back in Toronto, it was finally time to clean all the salt and dirt build-up on the carpets

That is where I got mine. May have to trim off some of the plastic housing to get them to fit.

Question - Do they easily pop into place, or do they need to be modified to fit? In the past I've seen reviews of these things (for other cars) and they say they needed to be modified to fit in the hole? Is that the cars here?

Also, can you link where you got them?

Interestingly, mine popped right in with zero drama. Not sure if they have revised these since? Did seem like they have been revised as I saw a YouTube video where someone had to use a box cutter to shave off part of the top edges of the lights. On mine, those seemed to have already been rounded. Which would correlate with the fact mine popped right in. They were also a really good price - hope they hold up. Mine clicked into place as if they were OEM and perfectly fitted for the car. I've heard others needing to do some adjustments to make them work.
Depends on who does the installation. The side of the lamp where the wire attaches is meant to be set first and then the other side rotates into place. I could see an issue if someone tried to push the assembly straight in.
