Rear view mirrors do not move

HI all,
Since last week my mirrors do not move nieither from the drivers door control nor they do any otjer movements (example they do not go down ehen reversing or close when Inclose the car, even if I have options enabled).

Lrsm my 25ncar 2 months old


Did anybody had same experience? I am calling polestar on monday, any reset or something similar I can try before?

My right mirror doesn't always go to the correct position when I get in and it knows it's me. Pushing and holding the number 1 memory button gets it there. Looks like in cooler weather it moves slower and doesn't get to its endpoint. But at least it moves. If yours isn't moving at all, must be something else.
