Had my MY2023 P*2 SMSR since February 2023 and have just pushed the button on another one as it's replacement. Interestingly, the lease price has risen approx 17% which meant I had to negotiate with my employer a bit. With the Prime packs offer I'm looking forward to quite a few extras compared to my current car along with the increased range. Are there any other improvements I can look forward to?

I did consider a few other vehicles, even test drove a Ford Capri (dreadful name) but kept coming back to the P*. I was surprised how few EV's offer full OPD, something I wouldn't want to lose after getting so used to it.

I honestly don't get why OPD isn't implemented as well by other EV manufacturers. My wife has a Hyundai for instance and she has to enable it with paddle shifters (I kid you not!) at every startup, and it is disabled whenever she engages reverse, which is nuts because it makes it impossible to use in common parking situations where it's far superior to shuffling feet between the pedals.

Exactly! It’s a big reason I didn’t buy an Audi PPE car. Who needs 18 drive modes plus having to remember to move the shifter twice to B mode every time you drove the car, and it doesn’t even work in reverse? Polestar does it perfectly… and I assume Volvo does as well?
