Anyone schedule an appointment to have the foot sensor installed? I received an email in Dec that the hardware is available and to schedule an appointment. Anyone have a decent dealer experience in the SoCal area?

We have an appointment at Mission Viejo in early March. You need to call them to make an appointment for Polestar service.

I just had mine installed with my 20k mile service at South Coast (Mission Viejo). I also had it in for another issue (AC bracket update) so they had it for almost a week.

Seems like supply chain issues are loosening. Many forum members that have taken delivery within the past few months have had their kick sensors shipped with their cars on delivery. many of us received our cars without one, and instead received an IOU in the glove compartment promising a free...

I had mine installed a little less than two weeks ago. Installation took about an hour in Princeton, NJ.

Had mine installed in the Netherlands last week, was a 10 minute job for the mechanic.
According to him it was just replacing an empty module with the new one.

Have appointment for Feb 10 at Palo Alto. They are also replacing my front emblem -- I'm one of the yellowed batches. Only took three months to get the new emblem.
