Hi folks

I've done 13k miles and my rear tyres are almost on the wear markers.

Just wondering how other similar mileage folks are getting on?

(I'm on the PP 20's)

Heavy powerful car & lots of fun - I'm expecting a similar 'problem' but I'm interested to hear it's not the fronts - does this speak for the F:R power distribution?
Perhaps - it's a chance for some winter boots?
I'll have a look & report back but am only on on 8000

Summer tires tend to wear faster. What is the tread wear rating on the PP 20s?

I've not seen any unusual wear on the non-PP 20s. Their wear rating is 540, though I don't expect to get quite that much out of them.

You leadfoot speedfreak you. 11,000 miles and still got 6mm left. Most of my commuting is motorway though.

Just looked at mine and rears appear to have more tread than fronts but not measured accurately. Look to be 6mm or thereabouts with 9,500 miles on and standard 19" wheels.

I am coming up on 14k miles with 20" pp and also getting close to needing new tyres. Not measured but I would guess 1-2mm from wear indicators. Plan to change them soon.

Not sure how many options we have. The Michelin EV tyres are not in our size.

I'd measure mine, but it would be meaningless... You know... Autocross.

It's probably the most expensive part of participating.

The Contis with the sticky summer rubber are only rated at about 340 for tread wear. That's likely only about a 25K mile tire anyway.

So…. 1k mi and at most 4-5mm all around would be not good?

Asking for a friend…..

Did the same friend tell you if your tyres are lasting more than 12,000 miles you’re not driving it properly?
