The brand presence in the US is pretty tightly linked with Volvo. When I take my P*2 in for service it’s at the Volvo dealer in Charlotte. This all makes me a bit nervous.

My experience with University Volvo was not great to begin with. Guess we'll wait to see how this impacts the after sales landscape.

I'm going to lean positive on this for now.

Maybe it means we can get more stores, and more locations, because Volvo dealers weren't committing. Have we had a new store since 2022? We haven't in my area. The 'promised' one by the Charlotte dealer (In Durham, NC) when I bought my car never came.

Well on a positive note they finally got the dedicated space in South Park sorted. So the Charlotte space is no longer in the back corner of University Volvo. If memory serves I think the Atlanta space opened it 2023 - still not that close to Durham though.
