I muted a conversation (or so I thought) the other day, and now none of my text messages are showing up.

Before I RTFM, can someone let me know where I should look to get texts back on the screen?

Thanks in advance.

Seems like I should be getting notifications...right?

PS: don't judge me on my screen's cleanliness.

Haven't had this happen before, but the setting is in the BT settings on the Phone.

It's paired. Should there be an icon for text messages here?
No, in the BT settings on your phone.

Not saying this is where the problem is, but it's where the setting is to enable text notifications.

Hmmm...is that in the Polestar app or your phone's bluetooth settings?

Phone's BT settings. Might look different if you have an iOS device, of course.

Thanks. Clearly iOS is different.

Here's the Bluetooth setting. There's no way to enable messages - and I haven't changed any settings on my phone since it was working properly:

Settings for Messages:

And settings for Assistant:

Everything seems to be enabled...

You can swipe down from the top.
Or say "Hey Google, read my latest messages"
I'll try that the next time I'm in the car, but I enjoy getting the notifications when a new message arrives.

You might be able to unmute from the shade.

You also need to go into the bluetooth connection setting on your phone for the Polestar, in there the ability to "Show Notifications" has a toggle, make sure it is on.

If someone with iOS could show me where to go, I'd appreciate it.

Again, it was working fine and now there are no notifications anywhere.

I've done that. Don't know what else to do.

Fortunately, I'm moving out of my loaner and into my actual vehicle shortly, so I'll just wait.

The red bar at the top of your screen means there are unread notificatons. I think :)
Yeah, that's not the issue. The phone just isn't pushing any notifications any more.
