Yes, any good tint shop won't damage anything in the vehicle -- they do this all day on expensive cars.
+1 for ceramic -- don't even consider the non-ceramic. This also was the first time I tinted a car, but I've installed tint on windows at home and so knew the pretty amazing benefits of a good tint in direct sunlight situations.
I went for 70% on all five (including windshield as the windshield does not come with either factory tint or IR glass). I added the windshield after doing the other five as I noticed major heat coming in the front once the other windows were done. Most of my driving is in the daytime on freeways in the now 10-month summer here (will be in the upper 90s this next week, October!) and I wanted to get better range by using less AC.
Check your local regulations too. Here in California, its legal to do 70% on front (driver/passenger) windows, and rear and hatch are not regulated thus you see many cars with dark rear windows, but I preferred having the same tint all around. Windshields are not allowed to be tinted, but a very significant number of vehicles on the road have tinted windshields. Just don't go dark and it won't be an issue, but you need to be aware of it. My 70% tinted windshield is pretty much indistinguishable from the factory IR glass windshield on my Volvo.
As you have the Plus, don't bother tinting the roof panel, it comes with heavy factory tint. There is now a screen that you can buy if it still allows too much heat in. But you might want to try to find tint that matches the color of your roof, not necessarily the shade (tint level).
