Wiring loom help

Hi folks, I was wondering if anyone had pictures or the pin out diagram of these plugs and the plug part numbers?

They come from the main vehicle loom and connect to the front bumper sensors and modules. The large plug in this picture connects to the sensor bumper harness (32320372)

If anyone has access to take pictures of those plugs it would be super helpful!

The 2 black and yellow wires go to the tank level sensor.

The 4 red and blue wires probably go to the blind spot sensor module.
Looks like that plug might be 10020195.
Still need the wiring for it though.
I managed to figure out the Washer sensor level connector thanks to some help from JP Volvo Surrey, so props to them.

For the other unknown connector I figured out it's the video feed coming from the front camera. This cable is non-repairable according to the cable/connector manufacturer. The connector is a JAE MX49C connector for HSD LVDS.

Does anyone have a part number?

It's part of a harness so another possibility would be to replace the whole harness.
I can confirm that the video cable is not sold separately and the manufacturer will only sell it to Polestar and not to individuals.

The only way to repair is to buy a complete harness. Does anyone have access to VIDA to get a part number? I can't figure this out from the information I have. I've drawn in blue kind of where it goes. The harness includes connections to the front bumper harness, the front right headlight, the coolant tank, the windshield washer tank pumps and level sensor.

Are these the 2 ends that you need to connect?
If you still have sufficient cable length, a repair could be accomplished without the special JAE connector.

That's correct, I need to replace the cable with 4 wires coming out. I did a repair using a Fakra connector on each side of the cables, unfortunately there is still no video coming through.

This is why I need the cable part number.

My local garage says that the only way to repair that one video cable is to buy this harness which costs $6000 and goes to every part of the car. Part number is 32316014

It makes no sense that a single broken video connector would require replacing the entire vehicle wiring harness. Especially since that cable has nothing to do with the electrical systems. I'm hoping that the harness actually can be found as seperate sub parts.

I've made a post on the Polestar Community requesting some clarity from Polestar directly.

In blue is the section where the video cable is wrapped up in the harness loom.

Besides a wiring error, it is possible that the 50 ohm impedance of the Fakra connector is not suitable for twisted pair cables that are nominally 100 ohm impedance.

Edit: You sure that it is a Fakra connector? The picture doesn't look like anything I found on the Amphenol website.
I couldn't find any wiring errors, checked it multiple times with different people and verified continuity as best as possible.

From what I read the original JAE video cable is 100 ohm and 4 wire. The Fakra Lvds connector meets the same specifications (not to be confused with the Fakra coax connector).

I'm open to suggestions if you have any ideas on other connectors, what might be wrong with the Fakra connection, a way to get a replacement cable made, or any other ideas.

With the new connector disconnected, were you able to measure roughly 100 ohms on either or both pairs connecting to the camera and similarly on the car end connector ?
Did you reboot the infotainment system after making the cable repair?

Note: I know sweet f....all about this specific situation - just going by general trouble-shooting methodology.

EDIT: Forgot to mention that you would need to disconnect 12V battery before trying to measure the car side.
The 4 cables are probably a set with one each for power, ground, video in, and probably video out.

I'm not an electrical person so I'm basing this info on input from others.

Without knowing the signal frequency, having the video running, and an oscilloscope it would be difficult to measure the ohms of the video cables.

I can test for the power to know if it's at least getting power to the video camera.
Power test shows consistent voltage when checking across pins or against a seperate ground. So most likely no wire connection issues or shorts.

It seems to narrow it down to be the cable or the central unit.

"Usually" there is a termination resistor at the end of the line which can be measured using just an ohmeter.
