I managed to do something stupid and it was to drop my Plugsurfing card through the opening in the glove box! So the question is: how to get it back? Can I open the glove box's compartment easily? Has anybody got a picture and/or service manual page related to that?

Open the glove box and reach in with both hands, one on each side. Feel the back where there are two plastic stoppers (one on each side) that prevent the box from opening further. You'll feel that both of these are spring-loaded and can be pushed up, releasing the drawer and letting it open all the way. This opens up the space behind the back wall of the box and you should be able to get your card easily.

I would leave the Plugsurfing card there, in Denmark its a bit of a scam with more than 100% overcharge when they resell Clever and EON - its ok for Ionity…not sure how it is in other countries - sorry for this irrelevant comment, I am interested in the solution, could be my credit card…

Over here it is the same story: Plugsurfing is only cheaper for Ionity but for everything else, it is more expensive (sometimes 2 times!). In Switzerland, there are only a few Ionity stations so far but as it so happens, two of them are on the roads that I use from time to time.

Thanks. I had a look this morning. Pushing these 2 fellas upwards (simultaneously) releases a catch.

Then as you mentioned, the glove box fully opens. Couldn’t figure out the weighty opening (steady!!), but the car is at Volvo tomorrow for trim treatment so hopefully they can sort it with ease.
Might be helpful. Might not.
