Hi, All. New here and new to Polestar.
I have just received my Polestar 3 - a huge upgrade from my previous ‘riddled with problems’ Mach E.
Now I love going paddle boarding with my boys.
we did this in the Mach E and sometime we would sleep in the boot with the seats down and on an inflatable mattress - (yes it was comfy enough).
trialing this on the drive with my son, we come to figure, we cannot turn off the screens or the car for that matter when in the car.
I can lock it, reduce the alarm, turn the A/C off, turn the head lights off / day lights but I cannot turn the screens off and conscious this is draining on the 12v battery which would subsequently leave me with a flat battery the morning after a sleep over.
now, to simulate me walking away, I turned my blue tooth off on my phone and I even turned my phone off.
we tried it with the key card outside of the vehicle but we cannot turn the cars displays off and shut it down as if I was leaving the car.
We waited in the car for a good while but it didn’t shut down on its own.
has anybody got any ideas how to simply shut the car down while inside ?
Any help would be appreciated.
