Internet In Car

Hi. I will get my car next week and I have registered through the portal for internet in the car. I now see this when I log in. Is this the point I should be at pre-delivery or does this signal some frustrations on delivery with set-up?

Mine was stuck and has been for 5 weeks (4 prior to the car arrival and one after delivery) Spoke to Vodafone who said that Polestar need to activate so give them a ring as that is probably the issue.

Another one is if you have purchased through a SS scheme, is make sure you use the same email for Vodafone and Polestar (personal v work emails will confuse the system)
