After using my BPPulse credit for 5 months i got an invoice this morning for £35. When i checked it appears that my credit balance has disappeared. Before you ask, NO i have not used it all. I did a total and so far to date I have only used £68. The Helpdesk at BPPulse have escalated it to whoever. I will let you know what the outcome is. you may want to check your statements still show the correct credit balance.
