I've been collecting some Polestar emergency info into a single document that I print to have on hand in case of an emergency. I thought I would post it here in case it's useful to someone else. Happy to incorporate any other info if desired. (I print it out 4 pages to a sheet of paper so it all fits on one sheet.)

Printable version: Polestar Emergency Info
GitHub repo: polestar-emergency-info

many thanks

Put the vehicle's electrical system in Passive usage mode. What is Passive usage mode?

The picture of the fuse box location was useless (like most pictures in the online owner manual. If I didn't go online and discover that it was somewhere under the glovebox, I'd have no idea where to look.

@MoonThunder if you're still around, it might be worth putting in the contents of this document, which describes the manual charge cable release on pre-MY24 models that didn't have the pull-tag in the boot (despite the manual saying it did)...

Thx so much. Waiting for my lease to come in of I don't buy something before. Gonna print and keep on glove box. Really appreciate it.

Thank’s a LOT!
Just one question?
On the battery boost section.
How do you put the car in electrical passive mode?
Actually, what is the electrical passive mode? Is when you select “turn off vehicle” under the car section of the AAOS?

Thanks!

i was thinking about this and the fact that in many countries first responders are still not used to manage electric vehicles
then i was wandering on etsy and saw this:

and i think it's a pretty good idea.
but why couldn't we have something standard?
like a sticker to have on the inside of rear window, like here:

which is a place that never goes inside the door anyway with a QR code and link the the first responder guide?
we can have it here on this server or, even better, we could send a message to Polestar and have them host the link on their server with an always updated guide if they think it could be useful.

something like this maybe?

am i sayin' something stupid?

Wow...40 pages isn't exactly a "card" but I will print it and put it in my car. Somewhere...
Page 2 is the "card", and maybe the next 3 as well.

mh.
i can think of printing the card front-back in a black envelope that is usable as sun visor extension.
i'll put a large red cross on it and add the QR in it for the full version if they want.
what about a sticker like this then:

something you might want to add to your list, If you have a flat and trying to use the emergency 12v socket in the rear hatch area, it goes dead 10 minutes after you close the drivers side door.

You can just press the play / pause button to turn it on again, and I think it’ll last for 30 mins then.
