Agree 100% on the turn signal activated side camera. The Tesla has a pop up window to show anything coming, and I test drove the Wagoneer S and the whole center display turns into camera view When signal is activated. Some may not like the full screen but I did. No need to squint at a small pop up. This is a great safety feature especially in the City and high pedestrian areas. Why is it not on the list? Does the car already have the cameras and this could be a software upgrade? I’m considering a P3 but may wait for 2026 model year. Good deals on 2025’s right now though.

Sorry but looking in the middle of the car when you are about to go left or right is counter-intuitive, and unsafe.
The chances this will be implemented by Volvo (Polestar), renowned for pioneering safety features, are nil.

Appreciate your opinion. Some find it beneficial. I found when turning right, and dealing with bike lanes on the right, I’m checking the passenger mirror and at the same time I get a wider view on the screen. My head is turned that way to look in the mirror anyways and provided a good secondary view. I don’t solely rely on the screen. That’s my experience with this feature. It’s an option that can also be turned off for those that don’t want to see it.

Idk if it's planned or already suggested, but it would be nice for the 3D view of the instrument cluster (I don't know the official view type name) to show street/ground arrows, light signals with their red/orange/green status, and people.

I’d concur with others here, pop up camera view in the center stack is both counter intuitive and unsafe.

We have a Tesla, Polestar and GMC with rear view video camera.

Of the three - Polestar and GMC are most intelligent….and GMC Rearview Camera provides a wide 180+ view….couple w mirrors - zero blind spots.

The Tesla, while I love most of the technology - the small mirrors and video in center stack especially on a left turn is distracting and has blind spots.

I’d prefer a wide angle pop up in the mirror in question (right or left)….or employ a rearview mirror.

More P3 weirdness..... I got in the car and noticed that the main screen was rebooting. No big deal, it happens to me every few weeks. Once it booted, the phone was not connected via BT. I rebooted the phone, no luck. I did a Soft reboot again in the car, and still no luck. I did the Two Button push w/break held reset and still no luck. When clicking on the car in the phone BT list it would fail to connect.

I did a soft reset again and this time when it rebooted, my temp was C (not F) and the GPS was not functioning, along with the Cellular connection.

I did another reset and it came up fine, BT was still not connecting to the phone. I deleted the car from the phone and re-paired it. After a few tries it was successful and now is working.

Hopefully the CPU update later this year will resolve some of these issues, they are not show stoppers, just a PITA.

Yep. Same. Twice this week. Drive, park, lock, drive again, all better. For now!

Typically don’t need to soft or hard reset for Bluetooth…that seems to actually boot the phone off requiring pairing.

If it doesn’t connect. Delete from car and from phone and re-pair as you did.

If using CarPlay, pair from the CarPlay settings instead of the Bluetooth settings. Seems to make a difference for me.

I noted mine rebooted the other day as well at start up (like a midway reboot), which it hadn’t done in the past.

I have this same oddity on my GMC which has Google Built In.

I also note that doing a reset will generally knock the phone from connecting properly and deleting and paring again solves the issue.

Hard to search the thread, but 'Car Seat Memory to Digital Key'? Is that a thing? My two key card users are 5'3" or smaller. and they'll use the car, and it stays in midget mode when I show up with my digital key. With no presets in the door like my 2 had, it's an annoyance to stand there and hold things to wait for the seat to go from all the way forward to all the way back and then with my daughter she raises her seat so she floats above everyone and I have to drop the seat too.

Page 1, post 1, has the link to the full list.

Interesting, I never had it boot the Phone off before and have done a ton of Hard and Soft resets.

For me - overstatement - sorry - phone still shows up but no longer connects properly. And it it does - it connects via BLE and not CarPlay…but after a reset I typically have to manually got to BLE menu and manually click connect.

Only way to get it to reliably start to connect to CarPlay on entry is delete and add via CarPlay settings on phone.

Did you also try to reboot the phone? I had something similar twice and a reboot of the phone solved it :)

Thanks for that list, really helpful! I was wondering if I'm the only one missing a very basic feature that comes with almost every car since quite a while:
1) Being able to listen to my MP3 collection. Sounds simple, seems impossible. I would like to avoid uploading it to any random streaming service. Also using my phone as BT player is not really a smart option as I would like to avoid playing with my phone every time I enter the car. A simple data connection via USB could do the job. Why is that car equipped with so many USB ports if the only thing they can add is a 5V charging capability? To be honest, I couldn't believe that when I first discovered it.
2) What about Android Auto? I do not and probably will never own an iPhone. Android Auto capability was announced to be added later in 2025. Is there any news about that?
3) In my previous car, a Volvo, I was able to listen to YouTube videos while driving. Possible via an after market Android Box connected via USB. Safe, solid, very useful. Is there any possibility to listen to YouTube content while driving? Unfortunately not all content is made available via podcasts.
Maybe these points would be something for the wish list...

Other than that, I'm enjoying my car every single day.

Prospective buyer here- in my current car, I can scroll through favorites selected from multiple audio sources (FM/SXM) but on my test drive it didn’t seem like this was possible, it was either FM favorites or go to SXM app and scroll through those favorites. Is this possible? Or will I end up adding it to this list lol

They're distinct and separate apps, so there's no place you can scroll through combined favorites.
