HEY NOW, no different than HP losses on ICE cars!
Not what quite the same. I'm not meaning parasitic losses like lights etc which will be insignificant, I'm meaning losses in the motors when converting electrical power to mechanical power, some of that power going in just ends up as heat. Been enough P2s on dynos to show 350 is what you get.

I know, also, who know what the motor is putting out. I've only seen 1 dyno of an Upgraded P2 (and it didn't show the whole rated power increase). And wheel dynos take in differential losses as well, which ICE doesn't.
My only real point is, for some reason today I saw a peak of 374, my previous peak was 368 or 369.
With EVs it is weird anyway, actual force applied towards acceleration is basically.
Constant max torque that motor produces until the power (torque x rpm) hits the point of the electronics capabilities with the car acting like a single speed transmission.
Then, the power is the limiting factor, and force drops off in proportion to speed, basically like an ICE would do with a CVT.

Just an update on how much I love this app. I still have it as my default used screen anytime I'm using my car. Unless I actively am using Google Maps, or a 0-60 timer, I keep this active on the screen.
I went for a mental break drive last night. Just needed time alone. I went east of Latrobe up RT 30 to "Mount Ararat" and back. It was dark, almost pitch black when I pulled off there to look, and even then it was beautiful seeing distant lights.

I remember seeing this before it was tore down. But anyway, check out the "There and back again" green elevation plot. Plus look at that couple miles of pure regen at the 19 miles from home mark. There is a lot of detail lost on the 100 mile zoom level, but that dip right in the middle was where I pulled over at the lookout, then turned around home.

Also, interestingly, I kept checking Google Maps for estimated battery level when I'd get home, and once it was under 20% I started to think about when I would turn around. At Mt Ararat lookout it said 15% when I would get home. And when I got home... 15% it was!
It was cold, and blatantly hilly, so burning electrons at a high rate, then recapturing the loose ones on the way back down each hill isn't great, figure what, maybe 70%? But overall, great drive. It is just a bit further east of the Flight #93 National Memorial

Great ride report, but why in this thread?
Mainly it was about the app, and how I love it tracking things like the altitude during drives, then, well, I rambled.

Is this app still available? I can’t find it on play store in my p2.
