I chatted with support at Motorola they said contact Polestar who said to contact Motorola. Is it a separate app from the Polestar app I use now?
Motorola is not supported, full stop. Google's digital key is only supported with Pixel or Samsung phones running Android 12 or newer, as I posted up above. Should go without saying, but your phone also needs to have ultra-wide band hardware.

The digital key function is part of Google Wallet or Samsung Wallet.

Yes I do. Tight walled driveway with a curve in it and less than 1 foot clearance on both sides. I tried the camera in the car at night during a 24 hour test drive and it was useless. I prefer my eyes and traditional mirrors that show me the curb/ground. Use it every day in our Polestar 2 and V60 P*E!

I'm in the US and just received the following email from Polestar titled - "Our newest OTA will soon be here". For those who didn't receive it or see it, the email states the following:

UWB devices, note that it's not all Pixels/SXX's, usually Pro/Ultra/MegaWhizbang versions only

While all known bugs and missing features are not resolved, this is a significant update. I applaud Polestar / Volvo for getting this out. Looking back at the history of software updates, they are now averaging one update per month since Sept 2024 This gives me more confidence that getting the software right for their flagship P3 / EX90 is a top priority for current and future customers. Additionally, a shoutout to @nbvolks for the excellent work he did maintaining the Google spreadsheet of "Definitive bug and missing feature list". It'll be good to see a few items getting crossed off.

I just confirmed that with Polestar. I don't even know what ultra-wide band hardware means. This is my second Polestar and second time I am moving up to a new phone. I am computer literate, but every new electronic raises the probability of problems.

Quite a difference between the EX90 and P3 descriptions

Here is what it says on the Volvo EX90 page
Software updates | Volvo Support EN-CA

Updates in software 1.2.6
Software release date: February 10, 2025.
Note

The trunk hatch won’t close while you're unloading things from the trunk.

Updates in Software Version P1.2.6
  • Power-operated soft close tailgate with foot sensor sensitivity improvements
Quite a difference indeed.

WTF can't Polestar write it as clearly as Volvo, FFS.

The update notes make it seem like the digital key will only work with the owner profile, is that true? Ideally I would like to pair different phones with different profiles, has anyone tried that?
I can’t speak whether the update changed things for sharing digital keys. I doubt they did as it seems like all they changed is that UWB android phone users can utilize them. With that said, the primary owner can share their digital key with, I believe, up to three additional phones/users - each with their own profile in the car. I shared mine with my wife and two kids (iPhone users) and they all can access the car independent of me. Hope that helps

No mention of charging issue fix. Has anyone with the 16a charging issue completed the update and tested AC charging?
I took my car in today for the charging issue because my car wasn't charging and I thought it was going to be hardware. I also have an issue now that says systems communication error and the screens don't turn on for a good minute after I get into the car. If it continues, I'm taking it back next week. They did update me 1.1.26.

I got 1.1.26 and it does not fix the charging issue.

Did you have the charging issue that would not let you charge over 16a?

I went into the car like 2 hours ago just to 'turn it on' and made sure it was connected to the wifi, went out into the office again. You think that would be enough to trigger it? or what did you do? :p
You can force a check from the menu in the car.
But I have done that every hour since I got the email, and my car still does not show it as available.
