Has anyone had success, or can share any tips on how to get a support issue escalated? I'm nearly 3 weeks in from handover and still don't have working internet in the car.
I'm on my 10th call into the UK support number and am consistently fobbed off - the technical team in Sweden are looking at it / it's with Vodafone..
This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and just don't know how I'm going to get this issue resolved.
