It could be a coincidence, but checking for updates from the menu when parked (and plugged in) gave me no joy.
But I just went for only a ten-minute drive and then checked when I got back. Bam, loading now.

update OTA first try complete.
Initial boot up gave the "Very low range - charge car asap" (false) error - SOC was 79%
Interior trim light, gold/white was off and didn't turn on for about 10 minutes.

• HUD now doesn't show turn-by-turn when navigation is set. I hope it works after a good night's sleep.
• Apple Carplay doesn't connect - says Bluetooth is not connected, even though it's connected to an apple phone
• Polestar JourneyLog still not working

I seem to remember I had to go into Bluetooth settings on the car and enable an additional option next to the device (I think there are 4). Also check the bluetooth settings on the phone to ensure CarPlay is enabled for the Polestar 3 bluetooth connection. Sometimes there are 2 "Polestar 3" bluetooth connections - I think if you are using PAK. So you need to find the correct one.

Is it really the alarm or just the info beep that someone inside is detected?

It is no beep like locking sound. I assume it is passive alarm jingle while no hazards blinking.

Since the new update, my Tidal App is broken. It only shows a black screen. it plays the songs as it should but it is not possible anymore to navigate within an album or a playlist… Even after a hard reset. Am I the only one with this issue?

I also had this in 1.1.23. Seems like a fault in the Tidal app since every other audio things works incl Spotify

I feel Tidal app is not as stable as the other app, Spotify for example. In Tidal, i seemed to have to wait for a while before i can play the music although internet coverage is good. If i pressed to play any music too soon, the app will just keep buffering. I dont experience this with Spotify.

Observations after having 1.2.6 for 2 days:

• open on approach and close on walk away work great with both digital key and key fob
• light theme stays on gold
• charging pad remains active
• vampire drain went from 3-4% per night to <1%
• CarPlay works flawlessly

So far, the following hasn’t happened (yet?), in the past they happened like once a week, so too early to tell if they were solved:

• car doesn’t close because it detects someone inside when that’s not the case
• seatbelt alarm when nobody in the seat

I shared my key from my iPhone to my S25 Ultra without a hitch.

Which is great, and probably what the developers did, and said "done". But if you don't own an iPhone, set up from scratch doesn't work.

Seems to be the same issue some iPhone users experienced already. You should contact Polestar support and ask them to reassociate your vehicle with your Polestar ID. There is an issue with their database that prevents some users to create digital key.

I have - they said that they don't have a support process for Android phones.

Any advice or anyone who has got Apple Music working with Dolby Atmos via Bluetooth CarPlay?

I think CarPlay is always done via Bluetooth. The car then creates a dedicated WiFi connection for the phone and CarPlay auto connects to it so that data volumes can exceed Bluetooth limits. But this negotiation should be transparent and is done using the Bluetooth connection.

Indeed, there is no current way to create a manual wifi hotspot.

Updated. Has a error now with the tyre pressure warning system. So without checking the pressure manually I won't know if there is an issue. Got up the morning and my phone wouldn't open the car at all. Not at approach not manually using the unlock in the card in the digital wallet. Had to go back in the house and get the white fob.

Can see me having to have both fob and phone with me all the time.

Not sure why I expected anything more from this update to be honest.

UK member here - had the OTA notification yesterday, hit confirm when at home then it disappeared

Went out this afternoon, notification to install appears - great, wait until I'm back home to start installation and kick it off....

2 hours later - nope, it failed installation

Anyone know how to trigger the install prompt again? I went for a drive a few hours later for 20 minutes or so, but no luck.

If you hit the car shaped icon at the bottom of the screen, then go into system settings, you can find the update
